A6. Cross-border Campus: Network of Egyptian Universities
With the collaboration of the Agency for International Cooperation and Development (AECID – Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs) a Network of Egyptian Universities has been created with the University of Salamanca. Its aim is to promote the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language in Egypt. Members of this network are the Universities of Ain-Shams, Alexandria, Al-Azhar, Cairo, Helwan and Minia, from which the official Master’s Degree in Hispanic Language and Culture has been implemented, linked to the European TEMPUS program: Innovation and Development in Spanish as a Second Language (IDELE)
